The function of the Tribunal is to hear appeals against the orders passed by the Commissioner (Appeals), SRB passed under section 57 read with sections 58 and 59 of the Sindh Sales Tax on Services Act, 2011. The Tribunal can also hear appeals against the orders passed by the SRB Board under section 55 of the Act and by the Commissioner - SRB under section 56 of the Act. The Tribunal is also vested with the powers to grant stay against recovery of tax dues.
